SAP Fantasy League Football Program "SAP Program"
October 1st, 2009 – June 30th 2010
OPEN ONLY TO SAP. SME & LE EMPLOYEES. EMPLOYEES MUST BE FULL TIME, ACTIVE SAP EMPLOYEES IN GOOD STANDING. THIS IS A TRADE PROMOTION AND IS NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
1. PRIZE AWARDS – DETERMINING WINNERS
There are several categories of prizes that will be awarded.
Quarterly Individual Prizes
Quarterly Individual prizes are awarded to the top four (4) performing individuals in the following quarters; Q4-2009, Q1-2010 and Q2-2010, based on their individual % to revenue target results for each quarter. The four (4) top performing individuals, measured by their actual sales results as a % of their individual revenue target for each quarter will each be able to select a prize from the prize basket on the program web site - "Quarterly Individual Prizes". Winners will be notified by email and through the program web site. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Taxes will be paid by SAP. Prize redemption is subject to availability.
Individual winners will be able to select from the following prize basket options; Sony BRAVIA 46-inch 1080p LCD HDTV, Sony VAIO 16.4-Inch Laptop, TAG Heuer Watch Men's or Women's, David Yurman Diamond Earrings, Canon VIXIA HD Dual Flash Memory Camcorder with 10x Optical Zoom, Viewsonic PRO Full HD 1080p Home Theater Projector, Kate Spade Fosters Handbag with an Antwerp Diamond Circle Pendant, Orion SkyView Pro Telescope, or Callaway Golf Set.
Quarterly Team Prize
Quarterly team prizes are awarded to the top performing team (1) in Q4-2009 and Q1-2010 based on the team's combined % to revenue target result for the specific quarter. The team whose combined total revenue for the quarter is the highest % above their combined target will be the quarter champion and winner. The winning team members will then be able to each select a prize from the prize basket on the program web site – "Quarterly Team Prizes". Winners will be notified by email and through the program site.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Taxes will be paid by SAP. Prize redemption is subject to availability.
Each winner will be able to select either; Toshiba Satellite Laptop, Canon HD Flash Memory Camcorder, Nikon Digital Camera, Sony Bravia S-Series 32-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV, Panasonic 7.1 Channel Blu-ray Disc Home Theater Sound System, TAG Heuer Formula 1 Men's or Women's, Tumi Deluxe Exp Brief W/Computer Case & Meisterstuck Classique Platinum Pen, Prada Tessuto Vilello Messenger Bag, or David Yurman Bracelet & Crossover X Earrings.
Annual Individual Prize
Annual Individual prizes are awarded to the top four (4) performing individuals at the end of the promotion based on their individual % to revenue target result. The four (4) top performing individuals, measured by their actual sales results as a % of their individual revenue target for the entire promotion period (October 1st, 2009 – June 30th 2010) will each be able to select a prize from the prize basket on the program web site – "Annual Individual Prizes". Winners will be notified by email and through the program web site. below.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Taxes will be paid by SAP. Prize redemption is subject to availability.
Winners will be able to select one prize from a selection of merchandise awards available on the program site. The winner will be able to select either; Cruise Holiday, Vegas Adventure, Ski & Snowboard, Hawaii Vacation, Visit London, Venice Vacation, Apple Computer and Canon Camera, Male and Female Trek Mountain Bikes, or Omega Male and Female Watches.
Annual Team Prize
Annual team prizes are awarded to the top performing team at the end of the promotion (June 30th 2010) based on the team's combined % to revenue target result for the entire promotion period (October 1st, 2009 – June 30th, 2010). The team whose combined total revenue for the entire promotion is the highest % above their combined target will win. The winning team members at the end of the promotion will each be able to each select a prize from the prize basket on the program web site – "Annual Team Prizes".
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Taxes will be paid by SAP. Prize redemption is subject to availability.

Q4 2009 Bonus Promotion
For Successfully completing any of the following revenue objectives in Q4 2009, participants may also win bonus prizes.
Q4 "The Early Birds" Promotion: Sales representatives that close and book 80% of their Q4 Target on or by the 30th November 2009 will be able to select a prizes. Business closed means that it has been booked on the SAP Financial system (COPA).
Q4 "Achievers" Promotion: Sales representatives that close and book 110% of their Q4 Target on or by the 31st December 2009 will be able to select a prizes. Business closed means that it has been booked on the SAP Financial system (COPA).
Winners of the "The Early Birds" or "Achievers" promotions will be able to select a prize from the following list: Plantronics Discovery 975, Bose-In-Ear Headphones, Kodak 10" Digital Photo Frame, Nintendo Dsi-White, Apple iPod Nano - 16GB, Kate Spade Clutch - Carmel Leather, Tumi Zip Travel Case
Q4 "Stretch Award" Promotion: For reps that close and book 110% of their Q4 Target on or by the 31st December 2009 & have achieved the individual "stretch" target assigned to them by their manager will be able to select a prize. Business closed means that it has been booked on the SAP Financial system (COPA). Note: This prize increases the value of the "Overachiever" prize and is not in addition to the "Overachiever" award.
Winners of the "Stretch Award Promotion" will be able to select a prize from the following list: Apple iPod touch 16 GB, Bose QC3, Canon PowerShot SD1100IS 8MP Digital Camera.
Instant Prizes Promotion – SAP Spin & Win Game
Eligible program participants can win an instant prize on the SAP Spin and Win game. Participants can win prizes based on a computer generated random selection process. Sales Representatives earn a token to participant in the Spin & Win game on first login to the program site and for each month that they meet or exceed their monthly pipeline target.
Participants can view their monthly pipeline target by clicking on the "Target" link on the program site.
Prizes are randomly award. Winners ratio is based on 1 change in 4 given 300 active participants and 1200 estimated entries.
Prizes that can be won include: SAP branded Jazz Cooler (75 winners), SAP branded tool (25 winners), SAP branded wine stopper (25 winners), SAP branded wine and champagne set (75winners), Tumi Laser Pointer & Key Fob (50 winners), Apple iPod touch 8 GB (15 winners), Apple 8Gb Ipod Nano (15 winners), Canon PowerShot 12.1 MP Digital Camera (15 winners), Bose In-ear headphones (15 winners), Samsung 40" Full HD 1080p LCD TV (1 winner).
Prize Award Restrictions
- Participants can win multiple individual or team quarterly prizes
- Participants must have achieved at least 75% of their revenue target for any quarter and or annually in order to be eligible for a quarterly and annual individual or, team prize. If any individual or team member has not achieved at least 75% of their revenue target for a given period, then they will not be eligible for a corresponding prize.
- Employees must have activated their account for at least 2 months to be eligible for a prize.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- SAP inside sales team employees spanning both SME and LE sectors are eligible to participate in the program
- Prize winners in all categories must be full time, active employees in good standing at the timing of awarding their prizes.
- Participants must sign-up to the program by going to the program web site, activating their account and accepting the program terms and conditions.
3. TIMING
The Promotion begins October 1, 2009, and ends close of business, June 30th, 2010. Participants will have until August 30th, 2010, to redeem their awards unless the program is extended by SAP.
4. HOW TO WIN PRIZES
- Performance Awards include: Quarterly individual and team awards and, annual individual and team awards. Participants can track their performance against their personal and team revenue targets. Based on their % ranking as a measurement of actual revenue to targeted revenue, participants are ranked.
- Ranking tables on the program site display the performance results. Prizes are awarded according to participants ranking. See Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions for details on the various individual and team prize awards.
- Participants can also win instant prizes based on a random prize award generator. Participants earn tokens to enter the Spin & Win game based on meeting or exceeding their monthly pipeline targets. See Section 1 of These Terms and Conditions for details on the Instant Price Promotion – Spin and Win game
- Participants can earn special quarterly awards based on performance. Additional price options may be added to the program site over time by SAP.
5. PRIZE REDEMPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and may change during the promotion period.
- Some items may not be available at the time of redemption. In circumstance where an item is not available at the time of redemption, we may offer an item of equal or greater value which the award recipient will approve before shipment.
- Some items may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
- To be eligible for an award, you must be a registered participant in the program. Winners who have not been active in the program for at least 3 months will not be eligible for individual or team awards.
- Winners of the individual quarterly awards and annual award will not be eligible for a quarterly team or annual team award for the corresponding period. For example if you are a winner of an individual quarterly performance award and you are a member of the winning team for that quarter, you will not be eligible to redeem for both an individual and team award.
- SAP reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the rewards catalog at any time and without notice.
- If you are eligible for an award, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the program catalog.
- Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
- The Rewards you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Rewards to another person. Rewards have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

7. LIABILITY WAIVER
All prizes will be issued to the winning participants. Each SAP employee's participation is subject to verification. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE OR A REWARD, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT SAP, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF its RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION.
8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.
- By enrolling in the SAP Fantasy Football sales incentive program, participants expressly agree to periodically receive promotional emails regarding the program.
- SAP reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
- SAP reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
- All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by SAP at its sole discretion. Any questions or disputes should be made in writing to sap@online-rewards.com
- Employees are required to enroll in the program to be eligible for prizes. To enroll in the program, eligible employees are required to register on the program site using their employee ID# and completing a brief registration form. Employees can then create their own username and password for gaining subsequent access to the program site. Failure to register for the program may forfeit a winners rights to any individual or team awards.
- Any Rewards not redeemed before termination of the program (August 31st, 2010) or separation from employment with SAP will forfeit a participants right to claim a prize.
- Termination of Program: SAP reserves the right to terminate the Fantasy League Football Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Rewards must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination.
- It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to redeem items from the rewards program catalog according to a winners eligibility.
- From time to time, SAP, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the program, add new promotions or remove promotions. These may be completed at any time, without cause or warning.
- Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of these taxes will be paid by SAP, this will be conducted through normal payroll, and the reward recipient will not be personally responsible for paying the taxation from any rewards that are redeemed.
- Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the prize award baskets.
- Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by WHAPPS LLC (dba Online-Rewards) on behalf of SAP. The information collected on this web site will be used by SAP in connection with the ABC Fantasy League Program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information to non-SAP or non-SAP third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.

9. MISCELLANEOUS
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of SAP that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, SAP reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. SAP assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. SAP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Promotion, to alter Promotion rules, and to restrict, change, correct, or cancel the enrollment process at any time without prior notification for any reason including equipment failure, acts of nature or war, strikes, civil disturbances, economic circumstances, government policy or tax changes, error in Promotion terms or operation, or fraud. SAP reserves the right to restrict, change or correct errors or omissions, or cancel the rules, qualifying activities, and/or point issuance rates of the Promotion at any time without prior notification. This means SAP may change the sales targets required for eligibility or change, substitute or cancel rewards. Participant may not be able to obtain certain awards if any of these conditions occur.
